We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process

Only the data you give us:

  • Contact form: name, email, your business's website or Instagram (optional), the message you write, the page language and your acceptance of this policy.
  • Call booking, if you book one: name, email, chosen date and time, and any notes you add.
  • Emails you send us directly at hola@berleads.com.

We do not ask for special categories of data. If you are under 14, please do not send us your data.

3. What we use it for

  • To reply to your request and send you the free audit you ask for.
  • To organise and hold the call, if you book one.
  • To prepare a proposal, if you ask for one.

We do not use your data to send you advertising without your permission, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form or by booking a call. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hola@berleads.com; this does not affect processing carried out before. If you later hire our services, the data needed for that will be processed to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and, if we don't end up working together, for up to 12 months after our last contact. After that we delete it. If you become a client, we keep it for the duration of our relationship and then for the periods required by law (for example, tax and accounting rules). If you withdraw your consent or ask us to erase your data, we will delete it sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run the website we use these providers, which process data only on our behalf (data processors):

  • Resend (Resend, Inc., United States): sending the form emails, both the notification we receive and the confirmation we send you.
  • Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States): website hosting, content delivery and security, and forwarding berleads.com email to our inboxes.
  • Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., United States): the calendar for booking a call, only if you use it.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and withdraw your consent. Email us at hola@berleads.com saying which right you want to exercise. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the data is limited to Paula and Alex, and our providers meet recognised security standards.

9. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not share your browsing with social networks. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not connect to third-party services such as Google Fonts.

Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may use strictly necessary technical cookies for the website's security (for example, to tell legitimate traffic from bots). These cookies are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE. If you book a call, the Cal.com calendar is subject to its own cookie policy.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its update date.
